Christine De Carvalho is an illustrator, designer and author based in Los Angeles, California. Her work cel­ebrates folklore, botanicals and nature. Much of her work is inspired by her love of folk art, fairy tales, and vintage children's books. Christine studied textile de­sign at The Academy of Art in San Francisco, as well as at the Studio Berçot in Paris, France. She loves vintage dresses, cats, and living on the West Coast.
